I wanted to take the time to thank all the employees at your company for the beautiful table I received. I was first skeptical about ordering over the internet, but as I looked into the tables and accessories being offered in the local companies where I live, it was quickly apparent to me that you guys offer a great "bang for your buck"! All my friends remark how sturdy it is and how good it looks and how they don't believe what a great price I paid. Local stores offer tables at triple the price, but no where near the quality of your table. I ordered the upgraded deluxe accessory pack & upgraded felt and I am very impressed with both.
The salesman who took my order was very courteous and knowledgable.The delivery men were fast, clean and efficient. The installers were equally professional and took time to answer several questions I had regarding upkeep on the table. At first I have to admit I was skeptical, I thought for the price that I was paying there had to be a catch. Then after 2 weeks I realized that the average turn-around time did not apply to me, nevertheless I maintained restraint. Here is our pool table, sorry it took so long to get a pic, camera wasn't working right. We got the Hawthorne 7' w/Academy Blue 21 oz. cloth. Love it! Highly recommended. Sorry I was such a pest Andrew, but you were so great with us. We are and have recommended you to all our friends. I just sent them a pic of the table for those that haven't visited us yet. I only wish I had a bigger house to get another one so I don't have to wait my turn!

We ordered our pool table on April 1st expecting it to take 1-2 weeks for delivery and installation as you advertise. It's been 12 days and tonight our family played our first game. Well done! Your installer was very courteous and even gave us some playing tips when he was done. The pool table is beautiful - even better in person than in the pictures on your website. I have only two suggestions for you guys: 1. Increase the variety of pool tables you offer. 2. Increase the color options with the felt. Hi. This is R***** (order#1***). I just got the table. The installer was able to schedule an appointment after I got home from work and it went very smoothly. I'm sorry for being a bit impatient...as you recall, the table was damaged in transit and you had to ship out another one. I think it's wonderful that you instruct your installers to inspect the tables before bringing them over to your customer's houses. The whole process took a little over two weeks (pretty good considering you had to ship out a 2nd table) from start to finish and I'll definitely be referring some of our neighbors to your website. Thank you!
